As a  HSE professional, my consulting practice has focused on:

  • Coordinated the collection, verification, and QAQC (Quality Assurance Quality Control) of data for the contractor management platform of over 20,000 contractor safety and health profiles.

  • Provided strategic support to over 30 operating companies in analyzing and improving the evaluation criteria of contractor safety and health profiles.

  • Developed an employee incentive program to promote the sale of annual subscriptions resulting in a 50% increase of paid subscribers within a year.

  • Traveled monthly to client locations throughout the U.S. to conduct initial, annual and as-needed training through live demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations on how to utilize the contractor management platform for contractor evaluation.

  • Developed and implemented policies, procedures, and processes that improved operations and customer satisfaction through improved customer support.

  • Lead and motivated the customer support team of 6 members to build excellent customer relations by setting objectives, reviewing performance, and monitoring customer feedback.
